You can register for any of our courses and classes online. To register go to detailed listing page for the class or course for which you are enrolling. Click here for all class descriptions. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, or by Paypal account.

BY MAIL
Click here for downloadable pdf. Payment is accepted by check or money order. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail or postal mail of your registration. You can email us at info@heatandspicecooking.com so that we can hold your reservation while you mail us the registration form.

BY PHONE
Call 773-742-2331 to register for classes by phone. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card.

WALK-IN
Often there will be one or two spaces available on the day of the class. You must call on the day of the class to be held so that we can reserve your place. Please call on the morning of the scheduled class. Payment is accepted at the door by cash only.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Heat and Spice Cooking School reserves the right to cancel a class/course for any reason and/or if the number of participants registered has not met the minimum required number of participants 7 days before the course/class. Participants can choose a full refund or a credit for a future course/class if Heat and Spice Cooking School cancels a class.

Our classes are conducted with just a few students and therefore bookings are in demand. Full refunds will be given to class participants who cancel at least 14 days before their scheduled course/class. No refund will be given if cancellation is received less than 14 days before the scheduled course/class.
