CLASS DETAIL:
A mix of our most popular vegetarian classes affords you the chance to explore chiles, spices, and tropical herbs through three distinct cuisines. In ecologically tighter parts of the world, vegetarian cuisine is often at the center of daily eating. These countries and regions have developed keen flavor and sustenance in lean surroundings. This course is a great chance to experience some of the world’s great approaches to cooking.
SOME OF THE 18 DISHES PREPARED INCLUDE:
Acorn Squash in Thai Green Curry; Long Bean Salad with Toasted Coconut and Fried Shallots; Pozole with Pumpkinseeds and Tomatillos; Bhindi Okra Masala; and Corn in Coconut-Tamarind Sauce with Mustard Seed
