CLASS DETAIL:
Thai food, already intense, gains even more power from the heat of a grill. This class will take Thai technique to the streets as we learn to grill meat, poultry and seafood. We’ll use some unusual wraps, too, that add another layer of flavor to these preparations. Your next barbecue will not be the same after learning these dishes.
