Vietnam uses tropical herbs more extensively than any cuisine in the world. This home-style meal will introduce you to adopted and indigenous techniques of this elegant cuisine. We'll stuff small chickens with garlic, lemongrass and soy and roast them to crispy perfection. We’ll use some unusual herbs to create our other dishes and finish by roasting eggplant to give a smoky flavor the finished stir-fry.
