CLASS DETAIL:
A rare opportunity to cook and experience first hand made-from-scratch Thai curry. We'll grind by hand several foundational curry pastes and talk about the miraculous resourcefulness of Thailand in reshaping South Asian curry to suite their native foodstuffs.
