CLASS DETAIL:
Illuminate your vegetable cooking with the spectrum of Thai aromatic herbs! First we’ll investigate the Buddhist traditions that inform Thai vegetarian cuisine. Then, we’ll cook a simple green curry and a couple salads, one with lilting toasted coconut, one with fiercely hot Thai chiles. We’ll finish by stir-frying tofu and vegetables in our own sweet-sour roasted chile and garlic paste.
