CLASS DETAIL:
Sri Lankan food, the world's most incendiary cuisine, fuses spices, chiles, and tropical herbs, like pandan, into earthy and exotic dishes that stand apart. We'll begin the class by toasting and blending a dozen different spices into the Sri Lankan curry powder that is the foundation for our curry dishes. Then we'll add more spices and chile to each dish; cooling yourself down after this point will be only by sips of water and mouthfuls of rice. Don't miss this chance to ignite taste buds you never knew you had as you cook and dine Sri Lankan-style.
