CLASS DETAIL:
Hold the burgers and brats, we’re in for some high-class casual dining. This class will cover the basics of buying and lighting a grill and cooking over a live fire. We’ll add twists to old standards like grilled chicken and pork. We’ll also learn some new ideas like grilling shellfish and cooking pizzas directly on the grill.

• Chicken with Ethiopian Berebere Spices
• Grilled Pizza with Tomato, Corn, Fontina and Jalapeno
• Spice-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Banana-Date Chutney
• Grilled Mussels in Thai Curry Sauce
