CLASS DETAIL:
The days of bland fish preparations are over. We'll pan-sear and roast fish to amplify the natural textures of the seafood. Seasoning techniques from the heat zone will blow other fish preparations right out of the water. This class will also include a rundown on seafood buying and storage. You'll learn to treat seafood with the careful cooking that its high cost demands.
