CLASS DETAIL: The chefs of Santa Fe and Albuquerque are endlessly wedding Native American and Mexican traditions to contemporary taste. We’ll prepare a sumptuous feast that combines innovation with tradition. Along the way we'll touch on many of the ingredients and concepts in Southwestern cuisine.
