CLASS DETAIL:
Grilling is a fast, intensive way to sear the marinades and salsas of Mexican cuisines into meat, poultry and seafood. We’ll prepare some of each and embellish them with wonderful salsas. Fruit and custard dessert will complete our fiesta.
